Bitcoin Walk is an interesting variation of the traditional ‘Bitcoin pub meetup’.

Eden Rivers was hiking around Arthurs Seat in Edinburgh by himself, listening to podcasts and audiobooks when he had the idea.

…I needed someone to discuss it with, and that’s how it started.

These guys meet every Saturday at 12 pm for a 2-hour walk around Arthurs Seat.

They are also actively encouraging others to start Bitcoin Walks in other places around the world. So far there have been three other walks outside Edinburgh (in Chattanooga, Lausanne and Francistown in Zimbabwe), and they have a manifesto for those thinking about starting their own walk and becoming a ‘Bitcoin Walk guide’.
